Founded by Cesar and Cassandra, our clinic brings together extensive experience in the health and fitness industry. Cesar has been practicing as a physiotherapist since 2012 and has been an integral part of the community since 2016, both as a dedicated practitioner and as a coach at Academy of Lions gym. Cassandra has been a personal trainer since 2015 and a yoga instructor since 2010, bringing a deep understanding of movement and mindfulness to our practice.

Both Cesar and Cassandra are passionate about fitness and wellness. They are avid competitors in Olympic weightlifting having competed and podiumed in multiple Ontario Weightlifting Association competitions. They are also both dedicated CrossFitter’s. Cassandra's roots in Little Portugal and Dundas West, where our clinic is located, have instilled in her a strong connection to the community and a deep commitment to serving its members.
