(He/Him)
I'm a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong interest in sports and orthopaedic rehabilitation. I completed my Master of Physical Therapy at Western University and previously earned a Bachelor of Science with an Honours Specialization in Genetics, which provided me with a strong foundation in human biology, movement science, and evidence-based care.
Growing up, I participated in a wide variety of sports, which sparked my interest in how the body adapts to training, injury, and performance demands. I competed in fencing at the university level and continue to stay active through strength training, pickleball, golf, and other recreational sports. My personal experience with sport and training helps me understand the physical and mental demands athletes face at all levels.
I take an active, movement-based approach to physiotherapy, emphasizing strength, progressive loading, and education. I work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans that support recovery, reduce injury risk, and build long-term resilience. Whether helping someone return to sport, recover from an injury, or move with greater confidence in daily life, I prioritize collaborative care and practical strategies that extend beyond the clinic.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy playing and watching sports, strength training at the gym, going for walks with my dog, Hailey, and spending time with friends and family.
