Hi, I’m Karina, and I’m a psychotherapist at Brockton Physio. Physio has been a big part of my own story. It’s helped me recover from injuries, manage a chronic illness, and support a fitness journey that’s included yoga, weightlifting, and running. Through those experiences, I saw firsthand how closely the body and mind are connected, and how powerful it can be to support both in tandem.

That’s why I’m so excited to offer psychotherapy at Brockton Physio. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, healing from an injury, navigating anxiety or burnout, or working toward personal goals in your athletic or wellness journey, I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re going through and move forward in a way that feels supported.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. I work with individuals, couples, and groups, and I bring a mix of evidence-based tools, body-aware strategies, and honest conversation to our sessions. Therapy can be a space to slow down and get practical support as you build the life you want, both inside and out.
