Running Injuries & Lower Leg

Our team is especially experienced with running-related injuries. Several of our practitioners have completed advanced training, including The Real Running Course, and understand the unique demands of runners.

  • De Quervain’s Tenosynovitis – Targeted treatment for inflammation and pain in the thumb extensors and abductor (EPL, EPB, APL).

Torso & Spine

  • Rib Dysfunction / Intercostal Sprains – Often described as a “rib out of place”; treated with joint mobilization and breathing mechanics retraining.

  • Low Back Pain – Includes muscular strains, discogenic pain, and joint issues; addressed through manual therapy, core strengthening, and movement education.

  • SI Joint Pain – Stabilization strategies, pelvic alignment, and strength retraining.

Knees & Thighs
