(He/Him)

I'm a Registered Physiotherapist passionate about helping people recover from injury, build confidence in their movement, and return to the activities that matter most to them.

I completed my Master of Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University in Scotland after earning a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto, where I developed a strong foundation in human movement, exercise science, and evidence-based rehabilitation.

Sport has always been a big part of my life. I started with gymnastics at a young age before moving into soccer, American football, and eventually lacrosse. Experiencing different sports and training environments sparked my interest in rehabilitation and how the right approach can help people recover from injury and get back to doing what they love.

These experiences continue to shape how I work with patients today. I aim to understand where each person is both physically and mentally in their rehabilitation, then build a plan that progressively guides them back toward their individual goals.

My treatment approach centres around education, patient-led goal setting, and progressive loading to create meaningful, long-term results. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, or looking to improve your physical performance, my goal is to help you move with confidence and give you the tools to keep doing what you enjoy.

Outside of the clinic, I enjoy strength training, playing sports, and spending time outdoors camping and hiking with friends and family.
